Danica's leg was badly injured and she had to be sedated. I watched, with a hollow feeling in my gut, as I was the one responsible for her leg being as it was.
I watched as she choked down a thimbleful of prismweaver venom we got from the spiders at Silkfoot Crag.
I don't know what I expected- but she fell into a deep stupor- close to death, if that were possible here.
(There's a hand-scrawled note on the page commenting that the same dosage might only put a Berlaur into a pleasant sleep.)
